Victoria Holstein is the Founder and Managing Principal of Grover Bond, a legal search firm specializing in partner placements nationwide and in London, with a particular focus on targeted and exclusive searches for law firms. Before launching Grover Bond, Victoria was the head of the Washington, DC office of a major international legal search firm, where she oversaw lawyer placements and law firm client relationships. Previously, Victoria was a partner at three AmLaw 100 law firms, where she specialized in financial services litigation and government enforcement matters. She began her private practice career at Skadden, Arps, and before that, served as a law clerk to the Hon. Carl E. Stewart, Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Victoria received her J.D. with honors from Tulane Law School, where she was Articles Editor of the Tulane Law Review and received 5 book awards for academic excellence. She is a graduate of Brown University.
As a legal recruiter, Victoria draws on her vast network of law firm and corporate contacts to assist clients in identifying and obtaining superb lateral opportunities. In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, horses, and one naughty Corgi.
